Our mindfulness days are open to everyone, and provide a valuable antidote to day-to-day stresses and the usual busy weekends. The quiet and spacious surroundings, coupled with the opportunity to go deep with mindfulness meditation will leave you refreshed and will give momentum to your practice. Whether you are new to mindfulness meditation and just want to dip your toe in, or have some experience, you will find these days accessible and informative.

The days will be held at Eccles Hall in Earsdon, which is surrounded by great views over North Tyneside and Northumberland. See the map below. 

 

The sessions will run every few months on a Saturday between 10.30am and 3.30pm.

Refreshments will be provided throughout the day, but please bring a packed lunch.

Mindfulness Meditation 

For beginners and experienced alike. This mindfulness day will introduce you to the fundamentals of mindfulness meditation.

The day will consist of guidance and teachings on posture and a range of meditation techniques, as well as opportunity for discussion and reflection.

Mindfulness & Compassion 

For both beginners and experienced, this day will focus on teachings and guided meditations, aimed at cultivating kindness and compassion toward ourselves and others. It will explore the key role these qualities play in our mindfulness meditation practices.

Silent Meditation Day

Exploring Gratitude

Aimed at those with some experience, this day of silence is an opportunity for deep contemplation, and an opportunity to experience the simplicity and beauty of the present moment.

The day will consist of guided meditation, teachings on gratitude, and plenty of opportunity for personal reflection.
