Our retreat days are open to everyone, and provide a valuable antidote to day-to-day stresses and busy weekends. Whether you are new to mindfulness meditation and just want to dip your toe in, or have some prior experience, you will find these days calming and energising.
Led by Michael Atkinson, Director of School of Mindfulness.
The days will run from 10am until 3pm. See dates below.
Food is available in the cafe or please bring a packed lunch.

EQUANIMITY & CONTENTMENT
In this day retreat we will explore how mindfulness practice can help us to develop equanimity and lasting contentment. The day will involve meditation, reflection, and discussion There will be breaks for walking and just being with yourself and others around this beautiful natural landscape.
