A DAY OF MEDITATION PRACTICE - ONLINE RETREAT

Our retreat days are open to everyone, and provide a valuable antidote to day-to-day stresses and busy weekends.

 

Whether you are new to mindfulness meditation and just want to dip your toe in, or have some prior experience,

you will find these days calming and energising.

The day will be held on Zoom and will involve a range of meditation practices and time for reflection.

 

Led by Michael Atkinson, Director of School of Mindfulness.
