At School of Mindfulness we realise the potential for mindfulness to transform the well-being culture of any organisation, whether it be in education, health care, the justice system or a corporate or industrial setting. Evidence suggests that mindfulness can not only enhance mental health, it can also contribute to enhanced problem-solving, productivity, creativity and collaboration within the workplace, as well as improve working relationships.

We also know that absenteeism and presenteeism are major issues in the majority of organisations. An improved culture of well-being is likely to improve the general health of employees, their resilience, and enhance their sense of belonging and happiness in the workplace. 

We have introduced mindfulness to a range of workplace settings ranging from organisations such as Tarmac, Northumberland Wildlife Trust and Opal IT to a range of education and health care settings.
